Lee Westwood has won the Malaysian Open by seven shots to secure his 41st career title.
The Englishman made two birdies and was already four shots clear after 11 holes before bad weather caused a four-hour suspension of play.
He went on to add two more birdies after play resumed to complete a round of 68 and an 18-under-par total.
Westwood came seventh at last week's Masters, and this was his first tournament win since the 2012 Nordea Masters in Sweden.
The world number 36 credits his revival to recent changes he had made to his game, the BBC reports.
"I started working with a new coach a few weeks ago, Mike Walker, and Billy Foster came back on the bag at the end of last year, so I was going back to what I had done before because it had worked," said the world number 36.
This is the 13th title Westwood has won in Asia.

The French Open could suffer the absence of seventeen-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer who has said he could skip the tournament to be with his wife when she gives birth again.
Federer said being with his wife when she gives birth is a top priority for him.
"It's a priority for me trying to be there, trying to support my wife."
The 32 year old, who has played in every Grand Slam since 2000, already has a set of twin with wife Mirka and is expecting a third child soon.
"I've played enough tennis matches. Missing a tournament or missing a match wouldn't change anything for me," the tennis legend said.
The French Open runs from 25 May to 8 June.

Arsenal right back Bacary Sagna seems seeks to sign a new deal with the North London club amidst interest from other top clubs in Europe.
The Frenchman's representative held new talks with the Gunners who seek to extend the players deal.
It was reported in March that Arsenal is willing to offer Sagna a two-year, €90,000-a-week contract that includes an option for a third year but the 30-year-old seeks a €120,000-a-week wage.
Sagna is one of Arsenal's longest-serving players but he turns a free agent in the summer and is therefore able to sign a pre-contract agreement with any club at the moment.

The last straw that broke the camel’s back was placed after Everton FC secured their first ever double league win over Manchester United since the 1969-70.season.
It was sad enough for most United fans that they lost, but that they lost twice to the same team that they bought their under-performing manager from, just under a year ago, was too much to bear.

FIFA has suspended the transfer ban imposed on Barcelona FC following their appeal against the punishment announced on April 2, barring the club from any transfer activity.
The Spanish giants were accused of breaching regulations relating to the international transfer of players under 18 years of age and subsequently banned from signing players for the next two transfer windows.
An official statement from the World football's governing body read published by Goal.com read:
"The club Barcelona have lodged an appeal before the Fifa Appeal Committee against the decision of the Fifa Disciplinary Committee that sanctioned the club for breaches relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18. Together with the appeal, the club requested that its appeal be granted suspensive effect"
"In this respect, the chairman of the Fifa Appeal Committee, Larry Mussenden, took into consideration the sanctions imposed against the club, the complexity of the matter, the start date of the next registration period – 1 July 2014 – and the fact that the Fifa Appeal Committee does not seem in a position to take a decision on the main issue early enough so that an eventual appeal of the club against its decision before the Court of Arbitration for Sport would still be decided before the beginning of the next registration period.
"Consequently, the chairman of the Fifa Appeal Committee considered that the appeal lodged by the club is to be granted suspensive effect.
"In view of the foregoing, the chairman of the Fifa Appeal Committee assures that proper and adequate appeal proceedings will take place and, at the same time, that all rights of the club will be respected."
Barcelona can now participate in the transfer market activity until a final decision is taken by the world soccer governing body.
